3. Personal data contained in the application submitted by you will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the recruitment process. Sending us a recruitment application will be equivalent to consenting to the processing of personal data for the purpose of conducting recruitment processes and presenting offers in order to find suitable work for you (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). 
4. Personal data provided voluntarily by you may be made available to an employer for the purpose of employment or recruitment in accordance with the purpose of processing. Data may be disclosed to our partners and subcontractors only within the scope of services provided to us, in particular to entities providing maintenance, advisory, consulting and IT services, and hosting service providers. 
5. Data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process and deleted 3 months after being entered into the database if employment is not undertaken. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, while withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
6. You have the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning you, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object, the right to request data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
