As an organization employing people in various positions, we feel responsible for their development and expanding their skills.
April was a month of significant growth for our company. We conducted a series of training sessions, including: for managers and salespeople, where they could supplement their knowledge and expand their competences.
We live in a time where companies hiring new employees are constantly in contact with people from different generations, such as Baby Boomers, Gen Z, and Gen Y, who are characterized by diverse approaches to many issues, such as attitudes to work, work-life balance, and employee-employer relationships.
At Niden, we strive to always stay up-to-date and keep up with the times. In our organization, it's important for us to expand our knowledge with various information, work techniques, and communication techniques, which will later lead to the unification of mutual interactions, both within and outside the organization.
As a growing company, we know that change is inevitable, so we constantly ensure that our employees are prepared for all possible situations.
During one of the training sessions, we asked the participants a few questions:
- Are training and self-development important to you?
- Do you feel appreciated by your employer thanks to the opportunities to expand your knowledge during your work?
- In your opinion, is training necessary and helps you develop?
